Shipping Shipping is usually done via the US Postal Service. For large boxes, such as multiple large tote bags, we may ship via USPS or FEDX if the cost is significantly lower. We only charge expected actual shipping costs and will rebate if significant shipping savings are realized versus the website calculation. Your charges are shown prior to checkout. In most cases USPS priority mail is your best option. We have a $25 minimum order for FEDX and USPS as we must drop these packages off at another location. Media mail is the best value but can only be chosen for books. Orders will typically be sent within 2 days from when we receive the order. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay. We reserve the right to choose the shipper of our choice, but will verify prior to shipping if there is a change. Maximum shipping charge will be capped at $10, except for orders with multiple large totes. Local pickup or free delivery is available in the Egg Harbor, NJ area if you would like to save shipping costs. It is best if you contact us in advance to verify this option. Send a comment with your order if you are uncertain and we can always adjust your invoice as appropriate. Gift Wrap The shopping cart page has a button to request gift wrap. You may also go to the wrapping page via the link at the bottom of the left hand link bar or click here. Cost is $2.00. You can include your message for your gift in the comment area on checkout. (Email us if you forget.) Items will be wrapped in tissue paper and wrapping paper inside of the shipping box. Your message will be included in the package. We do not use additional boxes in order to keep your shipping costs down. Returns Returns will be accepted for 10 days from the customers receipt of merchandise assuming items are is new condition. The customer pays for all shipping costs. Any items damaged in shipping to the customer must be reported immediately so proper remedies may be taken.
Out of Stock Our craft items are handmade custom products and may be out of stock from time to time. All efforts will be made to keep the website in sync with our inventory. However, if a product is ordered and stock is not available we will notify the customer immediately and the purchase may be cancelled or changed at the customers option. Feel Free to contact us in advance to check availability. Phone & Email Orders If you are uncomfortable or unable to checkout through our website please send an email with your order details to Customer Service. You also utilize the checkout process and then select the “email order” option, and specify how you would like to pay in the comment box. Volume Discounts Please contact Corporate at Seascay.com to arrange volume discounts. Purchases of 10 books or more qualify for varying discount percentages. We welcome teachers and provide special discounts for schools. We will also provide our educational supplement in PDF form to schools purchasing 10 books or more.
